1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Keiko Coach ("Service"), operated by Keiko Coach ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keiko Coach is an AI-powered running coaching platform that provides personalized training plans, race predictions, and coaching guidance. The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Strava to analyze your training data and deliver recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using Keiko Coach, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any content generated by it.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Strava. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. You may revoke third-party access at any time through your account settings or the third-party platform.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are owned by Keiko Coach and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (training notes, feedback, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keiko Coach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
